Managing director
David has decades of experience in project management and is the Managing Director of Unearth Risk. His career spans the public and private sector across aviation, defence and logistics. He has a natural ability to meet deadlines, effectively manage budgets and lead large-cross functional teams with a hands-on management style.

Kalya is a capable, determined, confident and well-organised Office Manager, with extensive experience in supporting mid and senior-level managers by providing them with consistent clerical support. Mervyn Fernando is a proud Indigenous man with years of study across a broad range of qualifications. In 2017, Mervyn completed his Bachelor of Business with Latrobe University and has since studied a Master’s in Marketing.
